As some of you, guys, may remember last fall I went to Paris. I already wrote about it on my blog, I even have a travel vlog on my YouTube Channel, but what I did forget to do though is to write a post with top 5 places to eat in Paris. And as we all know it’s better late than never, let’s begin!

Restaurant L’Avenue.

Hands down, this place is a must visit for every fashionista going to Paris. The neighborhood of the restaurant is all chic and glam, which gives you an indescribable feeling of French aura. And of course food! Can you see how this photo from my instagram is basically an #aestheticgoals?

Angelina.

Ever since I saw a photo of Angelina tea salon on the internet (was it tumblr or maybe instagram, hard to tell now) I knew that when I will go to Paris I will visit it for sure. And I did. It was such a classy high tea date with my friend. Starting with choosing delicious cakes ending with finally trying it after a long day in Versailles, what could be better than that?

Laduree.

Going to Paris without visiting famous Laduree? No way! Of course, it was a must for me, and as it was my first trip to Paris, I was so excited to go there finally. Frankly, I adore how there are so many classy places in Paris that have their own traditional way of serving food (or even just a tea), that truly makes you see Paris without filters.

CUP – Cuisine Urbaine Parisienne.

We found this cafe at the airport, and as we were pretty hAngry, we didn’t care to much where to eat as long as we could finally eat. But this cafe was so good and so stylish, which is quite unusual for the cafes in the airports, right? Nevertheless, if I could ever go there again, I would definitely do that.

PAUL.

I know that you can find PAUL bakeries almost everywhere now, Almaty, Baku, Prague, you name it, but still I thought that while in Paris I had to check if it was different from the other PAUL cafes that I’d been to. Nope, not really, but who cares. As I am such a fan of PAUL bakeries I was glad to have a breakfast in a very familiar environment.

Life Is A Journey

Azerbaijan, Mingachevir, place, travel, winter

This post is the last in the series of my winter travel’s photos. I hope you were interested to see something new, if you haven’t been to Azerbaijan or to remember your lovely places of that warm country, if you’ve already been there.

I will be honest and will say that this journey was a fresh air and a new beginning for me. Last few months was hard, I wasn’t interested in anything I liked before and I’ve even been thinking to stop blogging. But this trip helped me to look at my life from the outside and to change my mind. And now it’s time to move forward, to think positive, to believe in yourself and to enjoy every moment of my life. As I said before, now I have a desire to create, try new things and to continue blogging and sharing with you my life.

Of course, I can’t deny the positive side of such “dark” periods – this is how we learn to appreciate all the good things we have, we become wiser and stronger. The most important is to remeber that life is a journey and every day is a new chapter in the story of your life. Even if sometimes things don’t go as we planned, don’t stop believing that all the better.

With love, Leila.

Baku At Night

Azerbaijan, Baku, Old City, place, travel, winter

IMG_7763IMG_7690 IMG_7706 IMG_7711IMG_7715 IMG_7718 IMG_7734IMG_7758

Today I wanna show you photos of Baku at night. As you may remember my last trip’s posts were all about summer in Baku, and pics were bright, fresh and were made in the daytime. Now I’d love to impress you more with photos of  city’s nightlife. Also, in this post you can see gorgeous and charming  İçəri Şəhər (Old City) but this time at night. I’ve been writing about my love to this part of the city in my last posts about Baku. You can look at them here and here.
